Pastor sammy mwesigye

My name is Sammy Mwesigye, a Ugandan. I am the second and younger  son of my dad. I work as a production and casual workers' supervisor in ROKE Investment International Limited, a company which deals in wood treatment, seasoning, and preservation. 
I gave my life to Jesus Christ in November 2002 in a church called Calvary Temple Uganda (but it now changed the name to Christ's Church Uganda). From there I joined Good Shepherd Christian Church in 2004 where I ministered in the Youth Ministry as a well as the senior interpreter.   I was fully ordained a Pastor in Feb 2012. In 2016, realized the call of God on my life that one day I'll start and run a ministry so I chose to give myself wholly to the word and to prayer as I set myself ready for the call of ministry.  In 2018, while in prayer and dry fasting (without eating or drinking anything) for 5 days, the Lord guided me to start Grace and Truth Life Christian Ministries.  On 16th November 2019, I started the ministry as a prayer fellowship in someone's compound until when we got land for rent where we relocated on 15th November 2020.  We are now currently building a church structure which will seat approximately 200 people. I don't have any academic  profession because due to financial difficulties I could not join university right after finishing High School in 2009,though I had a childhood dream of studying Law and become an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. This is the reason why I fully gave myself to prayer, studying the word and to ministry while working with different organizations to earn a living as a means of survival. On 23rd April 2016,i married Mrs. Ruth Mwesigye in holy matrimony  and together we're blessed with 2 beautiful daughters namely ; Hannah Mirembe Mwesigye and Abigail Shalom Princess Mwesigye.
This is some of what I believe in;
I believe in the God the Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost. I believe in the leading of the Holy Ghost. I believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the power thereof. I love to hear and to do the word of God. I love to see people coming to the Lord and the saving knowledge of the cross being revealed to them. I love to see saints grow in the word then become of great impact to the Kingdom of God. I love to see people delivered from demonic oppression and from the  ignorance of the knowledge of Christ. I love to give and to share with those in need. I love the ministry of the word and prayer. I love to be guided, taught and corrected by those the Lord has placed above me.I love to see believers prosper.
